Songbird and Kyo Team Up!

We started Songbird almost four years ago with the belief that technology would help us build a new system of care for the 1.5 million children in the U.S. with autism. Since then, we’ve touched the lives of families across 3 states, partnered nationally with most of the largest U.S. insurance providers, and built a passionate team that has worked tirelessly toward this vision. As of March 10, 2023, we are excited to share that much of the Songbird team is joining Kyo and there will continue to provide high-quality ABA services to many Songbird families. As part of this, Songbird itself is no longer providing ABA services.

Kyo is a leading national autism care provider that has been delivering quality care for over 18 years, now across 10 states. The Kyo team has built a values-driven culture of clinical excellence, shares our vision for technology, and is leading the field with innovation in value-based care. Given all of our shared values, we’re excited about how teaming up with Kyo will further our mission.

We continue to be proud and inspired by the human impact our care has already had on so many children—many of whom, for the first time, are able to speak, to use a toilet, to make eye contact, to comfortably leave their home, to sleep through the night. This early intervention impacts a child for the next decades of their life. And it changes an entire family’s day-to-day lived experience for years to come. In all the children we support—and how their lives are forever different—the Songbird mission comes to life, now as a part of Kyo. 

We’re excited for the next chapter of impact as part of the Kyo community. To our families: thank you for the opportunity to partner with you. Our entire team feels so grateful to be able to play a role in your life, and much of our team looks forward to continuing to support you as a part of Kyo.
